If a photo you submitted does not meet our required quality standard and we cannot deliver it, you become eligible for the applicable resolution described in our Quality Guarantee / Refund Policy. Every image is also reviewed by our team before delivery; customer-requested revisions are not included with any package, and neither is customer-requested reprocessing.
